Two men were injured in the wee hours of Monday in a collision between a mini-truck and a car at Sectors 68, 69, 78, 79 intersection on Airport Road in Mohali.
Eyewitnesses said the car, coming at high speed from Sector 68, hit the truck coming from the airport side. The truck overturned in the middle of the road as the car rammed into the nearby pole.
Passers-by rescue the injured drivers. The driver suffered minor injuries as the airbags deployed during the impact. Truck driver Yogesh Kumar, who suffered hand and shoulder injuries, said police seized documents from both vehicles.
