Chandigarh: Haryana is all set to start recruiting 1800 teachers for the Model Sanskriti and Aarohi schools for Diwali., as the stage is all set to conduct the aptitude test of 5000 aspiring teachers to be held on Tuesday.
Center for Accreditation of Teachers (CENTA) is the hub for the test for screening and shortlisting the teachers for deployment.
According to information, the exams and teacher posting for these schools were suspended because the Education Department had started the rationalization process and the online transfer of the teachers.
Only after the two processes were finalized did the education department resume the teacher induction process for these schools.
According to information, 1500 posts of different teachers are vacant in Sanskrit schools and 300 posts of various subject teachers are vacant in the Aarohi School. While the department is also in the process of deploying those who have passed the exams in the past.
A total of 12 examination centers have been set up in Ambala, Gurugram, Fariabad, Hisar, Rohtak and Karnal districts where the examinations are held in two shifts. The administration has appointed the magistrates on duty to ensure that the examinations are conducted in a fair manner.
