Sachin Tendulkar teaches fans how to properly clean a bat’s handle.
Legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar has been an idol for many people. Whether it’s his on-field performances or his off-field actions, many have followed the former international batter religiously. Meanwhile, Tendulkar also understands the position he occupies in people’s hearts and thus makes sure to spread positivity among his fans and followers. In a recent video uploaded to social media, Tendulkar provided a tutorial on how to clean a bat’s handle.
The shared clip shows Tendulkar cleaning the handle of his bat by applying soap to it and then using water with some music playing in the background. Meanwhile, he advised viewers to turn off the process with extreme care to ensure the water doesn’t wet the bat.
“Mujhe lagta nahi hai ye koi sikhata hai (I don’t think anyone learns this),” Tendulkar says in the video captioned, “Bats and music a combo for life!”

Speaking of the work front, Tendulkar is currently playing in the ongoing Road Safety World Series T20 tournament. He is the captain of India Legends – one of the eight teams in the league.
India Legends won their opening match against South Africa Legends by 61 runs. Tendulkar scored 16 runs off 15 balls in the game.
India Legends, who batted first, put down 217/4 in 20 overs thanks to Stuart Binny’s undefeated 82-run knock-off from just 24 balls. In response, Rahul Sharma’s 3 for 17 helped the side stop South Africa on 156/9.
