Pakistan is in charge of proceedings against Sri Lanka in the ongoing Asia Cup final at the Dubai International Stadium. After being batted, Sri Lanka’s top order failed to wipe out the new ball as Pakistani pacers riot in the power play. Both Sri Lanka openers, Kusal Mendis and Pathum Nissanka, were back in the pavilion before the end of the fourth left. While Mendis was hijacked by Naseem Shah in the first over, Nissanka got his pull wrong and was caught almost half way by Babar Azam delivering Haris Rauf.
Pakistani captain Babar had to run a long way from the halfway point and took a good catch from behind. He was pumped up after poaching the catch and nearly fell while celebrating the wicket.
