India’s ODI series in England will be legendary pacesetter Jhulan Goswami’s swan song from the game. Her last game is at Lord’s. Aside from a great cricketing legacy, the 39-year-old will also be remembered for her warmth off the pitch.

“I find her to be so friendly and smiley and also a really nice person, always very nice when I see her off the pitch,” said the 24-year-old all-rounder.

“Her stats and results show how good she is and the fact that she’s still coming out and bowling as well as she’s ever done is great to see and hopefully we can give her a good start here in the UK.” say goodbye,” Dunkley said.

Goswami cast a brilliant spell, taking one wicket and conceding just 20 runs as India triumphed by seven wickets in the first ODI in Hove.

Her efforts helped India limit England to 227/7.
