Asia’s Education Expo ‘Didac India’ from Sep 21-23

Bengaluru: The 12th edition of Didac IndiaAsia’s expo of state-of-the-art solutions for education and skills sectors will be held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC), September 21 to 23, announced the Minister of Higher Education Dr Ashwath Narayan on Tuesday.
“The 12th edition of Didac India has many innovative solutions for the education sector that faced many challenges during the pandemic,” he said, adding that this expo is an exclusive event for educators, teachers, school, college and university directors and the entry is free.
“Karnataka is pleased to host the Asian Summit on Education and Skills. I recently attended an event of the Education World Forum in London and am delighted that Bengaluru has the opportunity to host an international event on education. I am confident that the summit will discuss the industry’s key challenges and opportunities and provide input for policy making,” said Dr. Ashwath Narayan.
He spoke to media people on the sidelines of the… 7th Asian Summit on Education and Skills that is at the same time, on September 20 and 21. The summit has education ministers and ministerial delegations from 15 countries such as UK, Brazil, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, etc. and education ministers from more than 10 Indian states.
Didac India is organized by India Didactics Association (IDA), the only education and skills trade association in India, and is supported by the Union Ministry of Education, NITI Aayog, and Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship and Education World Forum, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education of the Government of Karnataka and supported by AICTE and NCERT. The event usually takes place in Delhi and is first held in Bengaluru.
There will be more than 200 exhibitors, including Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, HP, etc., there will be about 4,000 products/services on display. The Expo will also feature international pavilions from the UK, Germany, Australia, Canada and Singapore, among others. The Expo will also feature exclusive international pavilions from the UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Finland, Poland and Singapore.
Several workshops and conferences will also be held in addition to the DIDAC India Exhibition. The International Education and Skill Summit, Didac Alliance of International Schools conference, Early Learning conference, K-12 Education conference, IDA Connect workshop are some of them.
