“The postponement of this match was possible after the decision of the premier league to postpone the national match between FC Arsenal and Manchester City FC which was originally due to be played on October 19”, the governing body of European football.
“UEFA would like to thank the Premier League and the clubs concerned for their flexibility and cooperation in rescheduling the UEFA Europa League match which had been postponed due to the inability of local police forces to ensure security,” he added.
