‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ actress and the daughter of Pooja Bedi Alaya F shared a brutal workout video on social media in which she is repeatedly punched in the stomach by her trainer. Alaya took to her Instagram Stories and posted this video with a side note that read “I got beat up this morning,” followed by a smiling emoji. Alaya is known as a fitness freak and often shares her workout videos on Instagram. But this exercise certainly seems intense. We wonder if Alaya is preparing for an action movie.
