CHENNAI: India Abhay Singh picked up an easy 11-4, 11-3, 11-4 victory in 22 minutes over Egypt Khaled Labib to claim the men’s title at the HCL-SRFI Indian Tour 2022 Chennai stage on Friday.
The fourth-seeded Indian player who beat the Egyptian seed Yassine Elshafei in the semis, appeared in good contact and made short work of third-seeded Labib. It was Abhay Singh’s fourth PSA title.

In the women’s final, seeded n°1 Kenzy Ayman had it easy against the indian star Sunayna Kuruvillawinning 11-7, 11-2, 11-6 in 23 minutes.
The tournament saw the participation of 48 players from 10 countries, including Canada, Egypt, France, Japan, Russia and Spain, excluding India.
